What personal data do we process?

How long will we keep your data?

Depending on the purposes indicated above, we will keep your data for the time necessary to process the call for proposals and, if applicable, If your project has been selected, we will process your data while you maintain a relationship with Renfe Operadora. Afterwards, we will retain your data in accordance with the timeframes established by applicable legislation, depending on the processing carried out, or, if applicable, until you request the deletion of your data. In that case, we will keep it blocked for the legally required periods under current legislation.

Why do we use your personal data? (legal basis)

  1. For the proper development of your relationship with Renfe Operadora, as well as for the application of the relevant pre-contractual measures related to your participation in TrenLab Calls for Startups.
  2. Based on the consent you have given us for the publication of your data on Renfe Operadora's social media if you have been selected as a winner of your Call for Startups.

How did we obtain your data?

The data we process for the purposes indicated above has been obtained directly from you, through our web forms or other similar means. Your data may also have been provided by a third party participating in the TrenLab programme. Your own application. In this regard, and if, during the completion of the registration form, you provided personal information about other members of the participating team, you will have previously notified and informed the owners of said personal data, confirming that they have consented to this participation.
