At Renfe, we are committed to expanding knowledge and interaction among employees to create a culture of innovation: we want to invest in the future of our employees.

With this premise, TrenLab Friends was born in 2023, a programme of activities designed to develop and enhance new skills that will help us build a disruptive future within our company.

Through diverse work teams from all areas of RENFE, we deliver awareness sessions, providing knowledge about innovation, new business models, and technology, creating a platform to establish valuable connections with the ecosystem.
